Repairs, Service and Support Policy
We guarantee the quality of our product. Furthermore, if any product that we sell proves to be faulty from new, we will replace it !
However, if you do experience any problems down the track we have an in-house Service Department that can provide you with the necessary support.
If you originally purchased the product from us, whether it is in or out of warranty, and require your component(s) to be serviced or repaired, bring the goods in to the store and we will happily put them in to our service section. Each item is rigorously tested by one of our Technicians and an appropriate solution identified. If the item cannot be repaired by us we will send it out to the manufacturer for the necessary works or replacement.
We also repair and service items even if you didn't purchase the product from us. However, there are some items we do not repair (unless it was purchased from us), please see the list below:-
- Televisions
- Video Cassette Recorders (VCRs)
- Mini Systems (i.e. 3in1 systems)
- Generally CD Players over 10 Years old (some exceptions)
- Generally Cassette Decks over 15 years old (some exceptions)
- DVD players - out of warranty (unless purchased from LWA)
