If you are not satisfied with the product that we recommend to you, return it within 14 days, in as-new condition, and we will either give you a full credit against product more suited to your requirements, or refund your money - in full.

In the unlikely event that you find any of our recommended products for less than we are offering, we will guarantee to meet or beat the price. However we will not compromise on our service.

Furthermore, if you find the product you have selected from Len Wallis Audio advertised elsewhere, in Australia (in the same condition) within one month following your purchase, we will refund the difference.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and setup can be arranged within the Sydney Metropolitan area at very reasonable rates. If you require a more sophisticated installation (cables run under floors, brackets mounted on walls, additional rooms wired etc.) we will be pleased to quote on this.



$10 per carton - anywhere

As a number of our customers live outside Sydney we also offer to ship any product, to anywhere in Australia, for an additional $10 per carton.
